(A) STATISTICS

GOOGLE ANALYTICS

Linked to our website is Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to collect some statistics. Those statistics are anonymous and give us more info on, among other things, the browser you use, IP address, your computer's operating system, mobile or non-mobile usage, how you got to our website. We use Google Analytics to analyse your browsing behaviour. We only use this info to optimise our website and increase the ease of use for our users.

The statistics are completely anonymous, so you have nothing to fear. Google Analytics secures your data, is part of a certified EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and thus respects your privacy. More information can be found in Google Analytics' privacy policy.

Active Campaign

When you read our newsletter, we also collect certain statistics in Active Campaign, the platform we use for our newsletters. These include information about your browser type, unique identifier and the number of times you open the newsletter and/or click on a link. We use this data to optimise our newsletter or correctly analyse problems. Active Campaign secures your data, is part of a certified EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and thus respects your privacy. (B) PERSONAL DATA

NEWSLETTER

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your first name, surname and e-mail address. We need this data to be able to send you the newsletter. Your e-mail address is stored securely at Active Campaign. Active Campaign secures your data, is part of a certified EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and thus respects your privacy. If you no longer wish to receive the newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time. The link to unsubscribe is located at the bottom of every newsletter sent. You can also modify your personal data there at any time.

CONTACT DETAILS

If you contact us by email, we store your first name and email address in our email programme. This allows us to better contact you later.

OBJECTIVES

We process your personal data for various purposes, each time only processing the data necessary to fulfil the intended purpose. We collect your personal data for the following specific purposes: - to correctly handle the request for our products and/or services - to correctly inform you about new products, new services, promotions, special actions via the newsletter, by phone or by mail - to correctly carry out our communication & invoicing to you - to comply with certain legal obligations. We are required to keep certain of your personal data under general tax and accounting regulations.

DO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES?

We use your data for internal use only. We therefore do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. For the proper technical processing of the website & for the processing of personal data of e.g. the newsletter, we use external data processors (such as Active Campaign, Google, ...). These processors in turn guarantee your privacy, as clearly stated above.

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR DATA

We attach great importance to the protection of your personal data and have therefore taken the necessary technical measures. Your data are stored on a secure server. If a data leak should nevertheless occur, you will be notified personally. Your personal data are also secured with external processors of personal data (such as Mailchimp).

HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA

We keep your personal data only for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes described above. We will retain your contact details for up to 3 years after you have notified us that you no longer wish to be contacted by us.

YOUR RIGHTS

You have a number of rights regarding the use of your personal data. If you wish to exercise any of the rights below, you can of course do so. You do this best by contacting us or the webmaster, whose details can be found at the top of this page.

Right of access and rectification

You have the right to inspect any personal data we collect from you. You can have any incorrect or incomplete data changed or deleted. In every newsletter, you can adjust your data entered in the newsletter system at the bottom by clicking on the link. You can also unsubscribe there.

Right to be forgotten

A visitor always has the right to have their data removed from our databases.

Right to complain

If you believe that we have unlawfully processed your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Privacy Commission.

Right to withdraw consent

Any user or visitor whose personal data is collected has the right to oppose the processing of that data.

Right to restriction of processing

You have the right to (temporarily) stop the processing of your personal data.

MODIFIABILITY

We have the right to change this privacy policy whenever it becomes necessary. Last update of this policy happened on 22 May 2018.
