NEWSLETTER
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your first name, surname and e-mail address. We need this data to be able to send you the newsletter. Your e-mail address is stored securely at Active Campaign. Active Campaign secures your data, is part of a certified EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and thus respects your privacy. If you no longer wish to receive the newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time. The link to unsubscribe is located at the bottom of every newsletter sent. You can also modify your personal data there at any time.
CONTACT DETAILS
If you contact us by email, we store your first name and email address in our email programme. This allows us to better contact you later.
We process your personal data for various purposes, each time only processing the data necessary to fulfil the intended purpose. We collect your personal data for the following specific purposes: - to correctly handle the request for our products and/or services - to correctly inform you about new products, new services, promotions, special actions via the newsletter, by phone or by mail - to correctly carry out our communication & invoicing to you - to comply with certain legal obligations. We are required to keep certain of your personal data under general tax and accounting regulations.
We use your data for internal use only. We therefore do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. For the proper technical processing of the website & for the processing of personal data of e.g. the newsletter, we use external data processors (such as Active Campaign, Google, ...). These processors in turn guarantee your privacy, as clearly stated above.
We attach great importance to the protection of your personal data and have therefore taken the necessary technical measures. Your data are stored on a secure server. If a data leak should nevertheless occur, you will be notified personally. Your personal data are also secured with external processors of personal data (such as Mailchimp).
