My biggest problem is actually too many stimuli at work, which make me nervous. When unexpected changes occur at work, I cannot anticipate them as quickly as my colleagues can, which makes me very nervous. Assessing the time to complete my work is also super difficult, resulting in me working super fast and hard to the point of exhaustion! Due to overstimulation and anxiety, I am super forgetful.
In any case, I am very happy with the diagnosis! There is now an explanation for everything. I stick to the diet, now much more strictly, and I take the supplements!
